Shipping and Returns Policy
RE-DELIVERY
Should the customer not be home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be returned to our office. The 2nd attempt to re-deliver this parcel will be based on a rate of R140 (0-10kg’s) ex vat per attempt.
RETURNS
The cost to return a parcel will incur the SAME costs as what the initial delivery cost was billed at.
SHIPPING POLICY
All About Fragrance offers free delivery for orders over R900. If your order is less than R900, the delivery fee will be displayed when you checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the order date, except during sales and/or special events. During such events, delivery may take up to 10 business days. The delivery address must be valid and located in South Africa. You may be requested to show identification when accepting the delivery. Two attempts will be made to deliver the order, and if you fail to accept the order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges. An email confirmation containing shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track the order will be sent within 24 hours of shipment.
RETURN POLICY:
All About Fragrance offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@all-about-fragrance.com. You’ll be asked to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. A courier will be arranged to collect the item(s) and ship them back to us. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
EXCHANGES:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with processing an exchange. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@all-about-fragrance.com. You’ll receive an invoice for the shipping costs to be paid. Once we receive the item and check it, we will ship out the product that you would like in exchange.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be automatically issued on your original payment method. Refunds are not available for sale items or gift cards.
